World Menstrual Hygiene Day Celebration

100 girls from five neighborhoods in Buyuni Ward took part in this event, alongside students from Buyuni Primary School. They received education on menstrual hygiene from various professionals from NGO’s. The project, known as Nguvu ya Msichana (The Power of a Girl), was funded by CRVPF.

Good Deeds Day

FTM staff joined hands to clean the surroundings, plant trees, and donate blood as part of the global Good Deeds Day celebration.

NACONGO Representation at District Level

Fahari Tuamke Maendeleo (FTM) was among the organizations that appointed a representative to the National Council of NGOs (NACONGO) election at the district level, reflecting our active involvement in national development affairs.

Launch Seminar – FT M Learning Center

FTM has established a Learning Center in Gongo la Mboto Ward to support girls, women, and youth in learning about entrepreneurship, gender, environmental conservation, and proper financial management. We invite various development stakeholders to join us in supporting the growth of this center. During the launch seminar, participants introduced themselves and discussed their roles in this journey of transformation.

Assistance from FTM Institution to Mzambarauni Primary School

FTM Institution, in collaboration with parents and guardians of Fahari Day Care Center, has donated assistance to Mzambarauni Primary School, specifically to the special needs unit for hearing-impaired students. This contribution is aimed at supporting the efforts of our beloved Government of the Sixth Phase in improving education for children with special needs.

Nacongo Regional Meeting 2023

The guest of honor, the Dar es Salaam Regional Commissioner, Honorable Albert Chalamila, presented certificates to Nacongo district members, committee members, and various stakeholders to congratulate them for their participation and successful contribution to the 2023 Nacongo meeting.

Good Deeds Day Celebration – Chanika

The Chairperson of UWT Ilala District, Ms. Neema Kiusa, as the guest of honor, together with leaders from the Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM), visited Nguvu Kazi Hospital in Chanika to commemorate the Global Good Deeds Day by offering support and comfort to those in need.

Training on the Production Oils for Skin Care

A training session on how to produce Tina oils, specifically designed for skin care. Participants learned the process and benefits of creating natural oils for skincare.

Empowering Young Women in Income Generation

This training focused on empowering young women by enhancing their skills in creating jewelry, including earrings, chains, bangles, and bracelets. The training was attended by caregivers and teachers from Fahari Day Care Center, equipping them with the knowledge to improve their economic standing.
